Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Delegation Relations Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Investigating non - standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
- Working exclusively within a specific knowledge area
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
- NCQA Credentialing or CMS Credentialing experience
- Background in credentialing delegation oversight or NCQA credentialing accreditation may be considered in lieu of credentialing experience
- 3+ years relevant experience in credentialing or delegation oversight
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
