Job Summary

A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Delegation Relations Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Using pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
  • Investigating non - standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
  • Working exclusively within a specific knowledge area

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • NCQA Credentialing or CMS Credentialing experience
  • Background in credentialing delegation oversight or NCQA credentialing accreditation may be considered in lieu of credentialing experience
  • 3+ years relevant experience in credentialing or delegation oversight
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Strong conflict management and negotiation skills
