Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Telecommuting Dental Providers Network Recruiting and Contracting Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Planning and executing daily recruitment call schedule and approach
- Developing stable provider networks, which facilitate broad member access
- Educating providers and office staff on insurance plans, fees and administrative plan requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel a minimum of 25%
- Minimum of 3-5 years' of Dental industry experience
- The minimum education level required is a bachelor's degree; however, experience may substitute for education if responsibilities directly relate to the essential job functions
- Ability to analyze data and package results
- Ability to learn software needed to implement recruitment efforts
- Ability to understand provider contracts and fee schedules components
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
