Job Summary
A nonprofit organization has an open position for a Telecommuting Design and Photography Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Document advancements of grantees through photo-journalistic essays
- Support team in developing multimedia materials around the initiative's priorities
- Collaborate with team to create and design high-quality communications materials
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Possibly deployed to countries where the technical assistance is required
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in media relations, communications, journalism, creative writing, photography, international relations or relevant disciplines;
- A first university degree (bachelor's or equivalent) in the above subject areas combined with two additional years of relevant experience to substitute for the master's degree
- International experience producing video or photography projects
- Extensive experience in the usage of media technology, social media for public information/advocacy
- Cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality and age sensitivity and adaptability
