Job Summary
A staffing agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Desktop Technician Level II in Windsor.
Must be able to:
- Diagnose hardware issues
- Deploy software and personal printer installation
- Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications for this position include:
- Must be willing to travel into the Bloomfield/Windsor office once a week
- A certified technician with minimum of 1 year experience
- Must have solid technical skills with ability to effectively provide support in hardware and software including problem diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Must be able to follow and enforce established processes and procedures and effectively communicate them to others
- Should have manufacturer certifications with proven ability to diagnose hardware issues
- Experienced with hardware and software configuration, deploying software and personal printer installation and configuration
