Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Telecommuting Developer Advocate.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Developing written materials and code repos showcasing the technical value of the product such as demos, blog posts and tutorials
  • Building demos and workflows showing users and developers how the company's platform can deliver value
  • Designing and executing large-scale community-building and engagement initiatives

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel. Expected 10-40% of time
  • Experience (2+ years) engaging as a member of other communities
  • Experience as a user of cutting edge database, visualization and analytics technologies will ensure the demos and content are highly relevant
  • 3+ years of experience writing code and content for demos and proofs of concept
