Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Development Support Representative.
Must be able to:
- Set up client websites using in-house software and development tools/processes
- Aid developers in moving/transforming data into the fuel that powers our websites
- Manage email services, including client account configuration, new user creation, etc
Position Requirements Include:
- Natural technical aptitude to confidently translate written directions into results
- Strong analytical skills to get to the bottom of technical issues.
- Ability to write concise technical documentation
- An excellent grasp of the web applications, email configuration and transfering files
- A good working knowledge of various flavors of Windows, including Windows Servers
- Experience with web development, including C# and HTML, is a plus
