Job Summary

A information technology company is filling a position for a Telecommuting DevOps Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Implementing and managing a containerized microservices infrastructure
  • Standardizing hardware, communication, application platform, and microservice layers
  • Building a scalable, performant, reliable, secure, and software-defined infrastructure

Qualifications for this position include:

  • B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or similar degree)
  • 3+ years experience working with microservices and Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)
  • 3+ years experience with Amazon Web Services
  • Experience with AWS Cloudformation, CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and ECS
  • Experience administering containerized applications with Docker
  • Experience building distributed stateless environments using EC2 AutoScaling
