Job Summary

An organization providing education about blood disorders is filling a position for a Telecommuting Digital Communications and Social Media Coordinator.

Must be able to:

  • Manage the technology company or consultant engaged to assist in developing functions
  • Write effective headlines, body copy, and web content for pages
  • Place keywords appropriately in copy to gain the most search engine traffic

Qualifications Include:

  • Intermediate or higher Technical Capacity in Word processing, Excel spreadsheet, PowerPoint,Developing graphs, grids, tables
  • Communication Proficiency: interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Clear writing, proofreading and editing skills and advanced editing abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge and proficiency in aspects of marketing, advertising, branding, graphic design, andcopyediting
  • Bachelor's degree and minimum two years of relevant experience in web content development, marketingand communications, public relations, journalism or related field
