Job Summary

A public policy company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Digital Organizing Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Running campaigns to find, engage and convert workers into members
• Leading a digital team doing worker outreach and organizing
• Growing company's online audience of workers

Qualifications Include:

• Focused on numbers and testing to learn and improve our work
• Passionate about using online tools and learning new technologies
• Familiarity with online distributed events tools such as Action Network or Action Kit
• Possessing an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to vision, design and test new strategies
