Job Summary
A digital learning company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Digital Platform Trainer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Collecting and analyzing data to prioritize relevant customer feedback
- Tracking and reporting on the success of the customer outreach provided
- Developing and administering customer satisfaction surveys
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Conduct in-person, web-based, live-chat, phone and emailing training
- Minimum of two years' experience in a customer facing (business-to-business) role
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
- Experience in learning multiple digital platforms and the ability to teach others
- Advanced technical and computer skills
