Job Summary

A digital learning company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Digital Platform Trainer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Collecting and analyzing data to prioritize relevant customer feedback
  • Tracking and reporting on the success of the customer outreach provided
  • Developing and administering customer satisfaction surveys

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Conduct in-person, web-based, live-chat, phone and emailing training
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a customer facing (business-to-business) role
  • A Bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution
  • Experience in learning multiple digital platforms and the ability to teach others
  • Advanced technical and computer skills
