  • Participating in external client meetings

Position Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel as needed to meetings and client sites
  • 10+ years experience in Client/Customer Service
  • 5+ years experience in Web/Digital Delivery
  • Proven capability to lead presentations
  • Conversational familiarity with SDLC and general Project Management processes
