Job Summary

A staffing company is seeking a Telecommuting Direct Endorsement Underwriter.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring overall loan documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
  • Analyzing the cash flow and financial condition of the borrower
  • Reviewing property appraisals to ensure they meet the Bank's or agency's policies

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of mortgage underwriting experience to include FHA and VA government loans
  • Must possess recent knowledge of agency guidelines
  • Proficiency with DU and LP
  • DE certification required
  • Recent experience with 203k loans
