Job Summary

A global provider of HR services is in need of a Telecommuting Director of MandA Accounting.

Must be able to:

  • Involved in validating, presenting and negotiating financial positions
  • Reviewing and evaluating post sale financial statement submissions, purchase price adjustment provisions and merger agreement requirements
  • Interacting with financial exectuives on the buy-side and the sell-side to negotiate and resolve disputes, avoiding arbitrationand litigation when possible

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • active CPA license and a minimum of five years of public accounting experience with a minimum of two years with M&A transactions
  • Ability to analyze complex merger documents, disclosure documents, deal structures, and financial statements is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
