A nationwide technology services partner has an open position for a Telecommuting Dispatcher Customer Service Expert.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to requests by prioritizing and scheduling work order installations
  • Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
  • Creating service tickets and scheduling

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Telecommute experience or live within 20 miles of headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound high call volume
  • Very outgoing, friendly, empathetic, positive outlook, good sense of humor, goes above and beyond for customer
  • Excellent and dynamic radio personality type voices
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
