A nationwide technology services partner has an open position for a Telecommuting Dispatcher Customer Service Expert.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Responding to requests by prioritizing and scheduling work order installations
- Handling a high volume of outbound and inbound calls
- Creating service tickets and scheduling
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Telecommute experience or live within 20 miles of headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida
- Experience in handling inbound and outbound high call volume
- Very outgoing, friendly, empathetic, positive outlook, good sense of humor, goes above and beyond for customer
- Excellent and dynamic radio personality type voices
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
