Job Summary

An insurance company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting District Sales Manager in Delaware.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Supervising and training new Agents in work procedures and policies
• Completing appraisals of Agent operations and business
• Assisting Agents in setting goals and developing strategies to attain goals

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of company products and policies
• General knowledge of business in Marketing, Management, Insurance, and Accounting, as would be acquired at the college level
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills to train and motivate Agents
• Ability to understand and analyze reports and data
• Skills in planning, organizing and decision making
• Successful completion of state licensing exams
