A leading healthcare provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting DSNP Retention Operations Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit
- Identifying and resolving operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
- Setting priorities for the team to ensure task completion
Qualifications for this position include:
- Associate's Degree (or higher)
- 2+ years of data analytics experience
- 2+ years of experience in a team lead position with account management
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
