A recruiting services company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Dynamic Recruiter.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Performing full life-cycle recruitment and sourcing in this role
• Leveraging recruitment expertise, strategic sourcing and organizational skills

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience working in a corporate and/or third party provider environment
• Proven track record of successful sourcing and recruitment
• Experience working closely with hiring managers and senior executives
• Success using creative techniques to source candidates
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
