A nonprofit higher education facility needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Economics Content Fellow.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Creating economics practice exercises to help students internalize key concepts in high school and AP economics
- Ensuring content is high quality
- Collaborating with our existing team and outside experts
Position Requirements Include:
- 2 years expertise in designing and teaching college-level or AP economics curricula
- M.A. or PhD in Economics or economics education
- Deep knowledge of the AP econ frameworks, exams, curricula, and teaching methods
- Great intuition for how students like to learn and insight into common misconceptions
- Familiarity with Google docs and spreadsheets and a willingness to learn new tools
