Job Summary
An elite editing and proofreading services company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Editor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing corrections and suggestions in reference to grammar, spelling, document flow, punctuation, and usage
- Completing work within strict deadlines ranging from 3 to 72 hours
- Applying the style rules of MLA, APA, Chicago, CSE, Turabian, ASA, AMA, AP, and other style manuals
Position Requirements Include:
- Be currently employed by or enrolled in an accredited university in the United States
- Have a minimum GPA of 3.6
- Have a graduate degree with a minimum of 5 years’ professional editing experience
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Exceptional time management skills
