Job Summary
A non-profit organization focused on education is filling a position for a Telecommuting Educational Fellowship Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Participating in cross-team working groups on projects that impact Assistant Principals
- Planning and executing high-quality in-person programming and supporting participants through their growth
- Regularly utilizing program evaluation data (e.g. daily, event, mid-program, end-of-program, diagnostics) to inform and adjust programming
Qualifications for this position include:
- Frequent travel (40-50%), including 4-5 weeks in the summer and several weekends
- 8+ years of work experience teaching and leading in schools
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated track record of leading a successful school as a principal who successfully developed emerging leaders is required
- Strong commitment to building adaptive and technical skills to lead equitable schools
