Job Summary
An educational consulting company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Educational Solutions Client Services Manager in the Richmond Area.
Must be able to:
- Negotiate and close renewal contracts with assigned schools
- Act as a single point of contact for assigned Apogee clients
- Serve as the conduit and escalation point for problem management of customer troubles
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willing to travel up to 20-30% of the time
- Experience in technology account management, marketing, sales, and service
- Experience in managing project profit/loss variables to ensure profitable outcomes
