Job Summary
An education company has an open position for a Telecommuting ELA Trainer Development Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Creating and delivering consultant prep/train-the-trainer experiences
- Modeling best practices in adult learning and trains consultants in these practices
- Providing feedback for consultants during training events
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel Percentage Up to 25%
- Education Level 4 Year Degree
- Must have at least 3 years of teaching experience
- 3+ years of proven experience designing educative curricula for K-8 or 9-12 teachers at the district/network/national level
- Must have a deep understanding of student learning and skill progressions in ELA, teacher development and adult learning strategies
- Must be able to design teacher professional development or curricular resources in a variety of modes and platforms
- Must be able to tailor your communication to multiple types of audiences
