Telecommuting Electrical Engineer

Job Summary

An environmental company is in need of a Telecommuting Electrical Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing electrical studies including load flow, reactive power capability, short circuit, relay coordination, arc flash
• Developing and managing project execution
• Developing and/or reviewing conceptual and detailed design of solar plant electrical systems

Required Skills:

• Up to 20% (of the year), nationally and internationally
• Ability to write technical reports in English and proficient in MS Office
• Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering
• At least2 years of work experience in renewables, power generations, power systems design or similar
• Ability to perform detail-oriented, critical reviews of technical documentation
• Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills
