An education publishing company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Elementary English Language Arts Executive Editor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to conceptualize products
- Reviewing, analyzing, and translating reading research into effective solutions for students and teachers
- Defining and designing instructional materials for students and teachers
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 7+ years managing the development of K-8 reading/language arts products
- Experience conceptualizing and delivering core and supplemental ELA products into K-8 schools
- Proven project management skills, attention to detail, and an ability to drive toward completion
- Laser focus on instructional quality throughout the development cycle
- A great eye for engaging, high quality content
- Excellent writing and editing skills
