Job Summary

A business process company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Employee Benefit Client Consultant.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Overseeing workflows and work processed for new and existing clients
  • Advising and consulting with clients to make their business more efficient, profitable, and scalable
  • Managing and ensuring operation teams meet service standards, turnaround, and response times

Qualifications Include:

  • Work from home with up to 25% travel throughout the United States
  • Current Life and Health insurance license for the state in which you reside
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years' retail insurance agency / retail broker employee benefits experience
  • Subject matter expertise for area(s) of responsibility
  • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Must have excellent Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skillset
