Job Summary
A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommuting Employment Recruiter.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assisting with screening applicants/resumes
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Leading and managing the candidate interview, offer and related process
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- 1 to 2 years recruiting experience
- Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 2 years equivalent recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience in professional level recruiting roles that include a vast variety of skill sets
- Demonstrated successful sourcing and recruitment planning skills
