Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Telecommuting EMR Account Manager in Raleigh.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Maintaining documentation on assigned vendor's product capabilities
  • Managing relationships with various EMR / EHR, LIS, and HIS partners
  • Resolving issues that arise regarding business and operational relationship

Required Skills:

  • Minor overnight travel possible, sometimes over the weekend (5% travel for the year expected)
  • Technologies - HL7 knowledge and basic MS applications
  • Clinical EMR/EHR interface experience
  • Unique Skillset - Technical account manager, Implementation analyst, all within healthcare/lab industry
