Job Summary
An email encryption and digital privacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Engineering Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Pitching in where needed and obsessively unblocking engineers
- Mentoring and developing engineers along their personal development path
- Building and delivering great software
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3 years experience managing a cross functional team of 5 or more
- 5 years as a Software Engineer in any language
- Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns
- Strong understanding of Agile development principles and tools
- Passionate about failing fast and constantly iterating
