Job Summary
A billing software company is seeking a Telecommuting English Technical Customer Support Representative in Santa Monica.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Combine technical expertise with customer service to resolve questions and issues
- Communicate clearly in writing to both technical and non-technical people
- Document and build new tools to improve support flows
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Language requirements: English fluency (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript
- 2+ Years experience in a similar role at another SaaS company
- Covering US hours 9am-5pm PST
- Background in the software industry
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
