Job Summary
A technology company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Enterprise Engagement Manager in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Working on leading subscription relationship management platform
- Implementing new pay-as-you-go pricing and packaging models
- Gaining new insights into subscriber behavior
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base with travel up to 40% of the time (including possible international travel
- Lead teams of architects, consultants, and developers
- Overall at-least 12+ years of experience; with at-least 5+ years as a program/project manager
- Strong account management, client service and/or management consulting experience
- Manage a number of engagements concurrently, potentially between 3 - 5 clients
- Executive presence. Comfort with ambiguity and C-level communication
