Job Summary
A healthcare company has a current position open for a Telecommuting Enterprise Readiness Lead Associate Director in Eden Prairie.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Influencing the development of the Optum readiness model
- Being responsible to lead the cross-functional readiness activities,
- Working cross-functionally to bring awareness to technical, product, and operational issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BA/BS degree
- Change Management Experience
- Experience performing trending and statistical analysis to make tough business decisions
- Experience utilizing data to influence key process decision makers
- 5 or more years of experience in a fast paced strategic environment that includes operational design, business process analysis, and associated skills
- Client relationship management experience
