Job Summary

A company in the automotive industry is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Entry Level Automotive Industry Recruiter.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Maintaining reporting metrics and generating reports on a regular basis
• Maintaining candidate database via our Applicant Tracking System
• Screening resumes, conducting phone screenings and phone interviews

Qualifications for this position include:

• 1-3 years' experience recruiting within the automotive industry or a call center environment
• 1-3 years proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar position
• Exceptional communication, interviewing, and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience using sourcing techniques (Knowledge of Boolean, Board, Database, Network, Phone, and Mobile sourcing techniques)
• Highly proficient with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously while meeting assigned deadlines
