Job Summary

A company that sells business products needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Ergonomic Products Senior Sales Support Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Handle post-order related questions/concerns/escalation
  • Provide trending reports for post-order processing activity daily/weekly/monthly
  • Manage the Sales Support Specialist team across the US and Canada

Required Skills:

  • 3-5 years' experience managing direct reports
  • 1-3 years' experience managing remote team members
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Sales and/or Customer Service experience
