Job Summary
A travel company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Evening and Weekend Corporate Travel Consultant in Lincoln.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Researching and providing solutions to travel-related problems clients may have experienced with arrangements
- Completing travel arrangements for client with air, hotel, car, and ground transportation vendors
- Following company procedures, guidelines and standards in the areas of customer service
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Must be able to attend staff and training meetings
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a corporate travel consultant of which, 3 must include experience booking international travel
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- In-depth working knowledge of airline procedures relating to ticket issuance, voids, exchanges, refunds and resolutions of customer issues
- Current GDS experience
