Job Summary
A marketing company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Event Marketing Director in Wallingford.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Creating and managing the strategic marketing plans for all company events
- Collaborating with a small team of brand marketers to drive execution of event marketing strategies
- Developing event-specific marketing budgets; tracking and reporting performance against those budgets
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel 10-20% of the time
- BA/BS in Business or Marketing or equivalent
- Strong familiarity with inbound marketing and HubSpot
- Proven success attracting registrants to in-person events, specifically conferences and online events
- Strong entrepreneurial skills to excel in a complex and rapidly evolving environment
