Job Summary
A technology company is in need of a Telecommuting Excel VBA Developer in Miami.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Analyzing, designing, and developing new Excel VBA applications
- Maintaining and improving existing VBA applications as well as reverse engineer current macros by debugging and stepping through code
- Assisting in migrating macros to new platforms
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3 years of work-related experience, or Master's degree and 1 year of work-related experience, or 5 years equivalent work-related experience
- Advanced Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), including complex functions, subroutines, modules and classes
- Advanced Excel usage including reference & lookup formulas, array formulas, and custom functions
- Programming principles for modular and object oriented design
