- Meeting your monthly candidate volume goals
- Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maintain consistent pipelines of talent

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Recommendation from current supervisor (for internal candidates)
- Displays polished written and verbal communication skills
- Learns new systems quickly
