Job Summary

A non profit organization has an open position for a Telecommuting Field Consultation Senior Manager in Dallas.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Being responsible for effectively leading, coaching, training, directing and evaluating Field Consultation Staff
  • Attending and participating in all relevant company and other external meetings throughout the year
  • Managing, directing, and applying account management approach

Qualifications Include:

  • Must be able to travel overnight approx. 50% of the time
  • Demonstrated knowledge of local, state and federal government activities and structures
  • Prior experience managing staff
  • Bachelor's degree in political science, public policy, law, journalism and relevant experience or an equivalent
  • Minimum of 10 years of successful experience or demonstrated understanding in advocacy/public policy, community organization/mobilization, media/communications
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, complex projects in varying stages of development under time constraints
