Job Summary
A commercial company has an open position for a Telecommuting Field Engineering Manager.
Must be able to:
- Consult with Customers through data gathered and site assessments
- Provide mentorship for Sales staff on building systems
- Assess building electrical and operating systems quickly and remotely
Position Requirements Include:
- Access to a major transportation hub is required
- Able to develop both pre-sale and post-sale installation plans and estimates
- Support Customers through the self-installation process
- Provide excellent Customer service including communication, follow up and ongoing issue management
