Job Summary

A medical device provider needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Field Service Representative I in Phoenix.

Must be able to:

  • Examine difficult customer issues, diagnose and resolve the issues and meet established customer service levels
  • Maintain a schedule to include preventative maintenance installations and upgrades
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair all VMS software based equipment within an assigned service territory

Required Skills:

  • Periodically an onsite presence will be necessary to resolve technical issues and upgrades
  • HS Degree or Equivalent
  • Limited use and/or application of technical documentation, standards, principles, concepts, and techniques in the field
  • Basic knowledge of server hardware and operating systems
  • Be able to interpret customer concerns and translate to Electronic Medical Records or Treatment Planning System issues
  • Fundamental knowledge of system network topologies and networking functionality
