Job Summary
A university is searching for a person to fill their position for a Telecommuting Finance Student Tutor.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Tutoring students for the purpose of developing the skill essential to succeed as a student and for life achievement
- Responding to students promptly and set and meet clear expectations on timing for feedback on Activities
- Helping students develop positive attitudes toward learning and studying
Qualifications for this position include:
- Attend periodic training sessions to increase competency in working with students
- Must have a minimum of 7-10 year's Management/Leadership Work Experience Required, preferably with Financial Management/Accounting
- From an accredited institution; Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting is Required
- Online tutor must be a subject matter expert or have at an extensive knowledge of the subject using GoToMeeting or by phone
- Experience in Higher education tutoring/coaching/mentoring
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
