Job Summary

A staffing agency is seeking a Telecommuting Finance Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Managing of teams the end to end accounting, consolidation, reporting, debt covenant compliance and audit
• Being responsible for the continuous improvement of end-to-end finance chain efficiency
• Ensuring timeliness and accuracy of portfolio company financial statements

Qualifications Include:

• 10+ years experience of managing Finance teams of 30+ people
• Experience managing a complex group audit
• M&A accounting and finance experience
• Extensive experience with large-scale ERP systems
• Proven team leader with ability to work to tight deadlines in a faced-paced environment
• Superior finance operations manager who is not afraid to dig into details to figure things out
