Job Summary
A computer software company is in need of a Telecommuting Financial Customer Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Documenting user problems through the use of an online problem management system
- Providing immediate support by telephone and email to customers
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the financial modules used to support processes and patient care
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage customer expectations
- Experience with A/R, A/P, G/L, IRM and Trust Modules
- University degree or college degree
- Excellent interpersonal, customer support, and problem-solving skills
- Experience providing web-based application software support
- High degree of computer literacy and excellent typing skills
