Job Summary

A computer software company is in need of a Telecommuting Financial Customer Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Documenting user problems through the use of an online problem management system
  • Providing immediate support by telephone and email to customers
  • Developing an in-depth understanding of the financial modules used to support processes and patient care

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage customer expectations
  • Experience with A/R, A/P, G/L, IRM and Trust Modules
  • University degree or college degree
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer support, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience providing web-based application software support
  • High degree of computer literacy and excellent typing skills
