Job Summary

An information management and electronic commerce systems company is in need of a Telecommuting Financial Industry Sales Operations Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and managing recurring sales management reporting
  • Communicating effectively with sales leadership to identify and address areas for improvement
  • Proactively identifying sales strategy and tactics that are working

Required Skills:

  • Travel less than 15%
  • Salesforce or similar CRM experience required with ability to create queries and reports
  • Demonstrated comfort working in a cross-functional, matrixed environment supporting senior leaders
  • Experience and understanding of the sales process and the support needs of a sales organization
  • Experience indicating an ability to understand and effectively communicate with multiple functional groups
  • Solid understanding of business process management best practices, documentation, and measuring continuous improvement
