Job Summary
A digital software company is in need of a Telecommuting Financial Services and Insurance Senior Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Be responsible for our most strategic accounts and delivering customer’s overall success
- Act as the main point of contact throughout the Customer’s lifecycle
- Manage complex account situations and lead resolution towards mutual success and partnership
Required Skills:
- Flexibility to travel (approx. 20%)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- 10 + years relevant work experience
- Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor
