A digital software company is in need of a Telecommuting Financial Services and Insurance Senior Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Be responsible for our most strategic accounts and delivering customer’s overall success
  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the Customer’s lifecycle
  • Manage complex account situations and lead resolution towards mutual success and partnership

Required Skills:

  • Flexibility to travel (approx. 20%)
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
  • 10 + years relevant work experience
  • Executive-level communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Consulting skills and proven results working as a trusted advisor
  • Passion for customer success
