Job Summary
A brokerage, custody, and FinTech firm is filling a position for a Telecommuting Financial Services National Sales Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hit sales targets
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan
- Actively owning recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of B to B sales management experience
- Minimum 5+ years B to B external sales experience
- A strong track record of exceeding revenue quotas with quantifiable data examples
- Experience using Salesforce to drive revenue generation
- Experience working with key decision makers and C-Level corporate managers
- Proven ability to directly manage 10+ member sales force and track their performance
