Job Summary

A transportation company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Fleet Maintenance Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Tracking fleet trends such as parts usage and failures to forecast future maintenance and budgetary needs
  • Guiding the determination of specification requirements required to meet agency requirements
  • Developing and implementing adequate measures to meet the maintenance needs of the company

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Salesforce, transit, and operations systems/applications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Current, relevant experience in the Maintenance industry specific to the transit industry within the past 7 years
  • Compliance of confidential information and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
  • Previous experience with government contracting, implementation, and contract management oversight and compliance
