Job Summary
A transportation company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Fleet Maintenance Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Tracking fleet trends such as parts usage and failures to forecast future maintenance and budgetary needs
- Guiding the determination of specification requirements required to meet agency requirements
- Developing and implementing adequate measures to meet the maintenance needs of the company
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Proficient in Microsoft, Salesforce, transit, and operations systems/applications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Current, relevant experience in the Maintenance industry specific to the transit industry within the past 7 years
- Compliance of confidential information and Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act
- Previous experience with government contracting, implementation, and contract management oversight and compliance
