Job Summary
An IT company is filling a position for a Telecommuting Food Service Solution Consultant.
Must be able to:
- Provide support for all pre-sales activities
- Document knowledge specific to our most complex and technical capabilities and issues for use by internal teams
- Provide consultative technical expertise supporting Interactions' customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Willingness to Travel 10-25%
- Seven plus years of experience working in a client-facing technical service environment supporting mobile or web-based products
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent
- Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Extensive Food Service Industry / Contact Center / Customer self-service background
- Experience in providing solution architecture to B2C as well as B2B
