A placement agency has an open position for a Telecommuting Full Cycle Staffing Industry Recruiter in McLean.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Actively target accounts
- Exceed minimum standards and increase sales
- Recruit Information technology professionals for direct hire and contract positions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to develop client relationships through on-site visits
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting for Information Technology professional is required
- Minimum of 3+ years in the Staffing Industry specializing in Direct Hire placements is required
- Possess the knowledge and confidence to effectively develop clients via telephone or in person
- Related sales experience is required
