Job Summary

An online media company needs applicants for an opening for a Telecommuting Full Stack Developer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Building leading edge internal software systems and leading edge UI in our CMS and site
  • Working with our senior management to develop software features
  • Working with our editors and authors to deliver UI features

Qualifications for this position include:

  • At least 5 years of experience
  • Experience with LEMP stack
  • Familiarity with Yii, Laravel mastery of PHP, MySQL
  • Experience with Linux and comfort with working within the shell
  • Familiarity with Wordpress, mastery of front-end javascript techniques
  • Experience with code versioning, knowledge of optimization techniques for high traffic sites, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Grunt, SaSS
